ALEXANDER C. PABST, ESQ. – MEMBER/PRINCIPAL

Mr. Pabst concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate transactions and landlord/tenant disputes. He represents large and small businesses, landlords, cooperative and condominium owners. Mr. Pabst litigates matters throughout Nassau and Suffolk County and in the boroughs of Queens and Manhattan.

Mr. Pabst earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2009, and a Bachelors degree in Communication acquired at Fairfield University in 2001. While attending St. Johns University School of Law at night, Mr. Pabst was the supervisor of the court staff at a large real estate management company in Queens County and has an intimate knowledge of the attorney/client relationship from the point view of the client.​

JILLIAN M. CORDEIRA, ESQ. – ASSOCIATE

Jillian graduated cum laude with her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Hofstra University Honors College in 2007. In 2010, Jillian earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law where she was the recipient of the Daniel A. Furlong Award for outstanding service and leadership to the school. Immediately following her first year of law school, she began her concentration in landlord/tenant disputes with judicial internships in Brooklyn and Manhattan Housing Court. After graduation, Jillian worked as a Senior Court Attorney in both Queens and Manhattan Housing Court, where she drafted judicial decisions and conferenced countless intricate housing court matters.  Jillian brings valuable experience and knowledge to the firm from her time working for the courts and utilizes those skills in obtaining the best possible result for the firm’s clients.
